What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited institution. Minimum of 15 plus years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on energy infrastructure projects. Proficient in structural analysis software such as SAP2000, STAAD. Pro, or similar tools. knowledge of international building codes and standards relevant to energy-related structures. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Demonstrated experience in project leadership and team collaboration in a global engineering environment. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly.
Nice to Have
Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
