What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering, Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent professional certification in structural engineering, Minimum 12-15 years of progressive experience in structural engineering, Advanced proficiency in structural analysis and design software including ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, STAAD, and RAM, In-depth knowledge of building codes and standards such as SBC, ACI, AISC, Eurocode, and Egyptian building regulations, Demonstrated expertise in designing reinforced concrete and steel structures, Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams, Mentoring junior engineers, Project management skills, Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, Detail-oriented approach to design and documentation, Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, Demonstrated experience in value engineering, Proficiency in quality assurance, Proficiency in safety compliance, Proficiency in regulatory adherence, Fluency in English
