What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Science, 3 years experience in logistics, materials management, or supply chain engineering, Experience with ERP systems
Nice to Have
MBA or MSc, SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP EWM experience, Lean Six Sigma experience or certification, Experience with automated storage and material handling systems, Solid understanding of GMP requirements, Understanding of data integrity principles
What You'll Do.
Create and maintain site-level Plan for Every Part
Support design and implementation of business processes
and qualification of automated material
Drive lean principles and ensure efficient material flows
Develop Logistics Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work
Partner with maintenance and automation teams to develop
Ensure logistics systems meet operational demands
Monitor daily system performance metrics and KPIs
Identify trends and drive continuous improvement opportunities
Maintain PFEP data throughout lifecycle
Anticipate when business demand exceeds logistics system capability
Propose solutions proactively
Develop and maintain quality systems for logistics and
Manage change controls
Support or lead quality own work instructions and
Participate in Quality and Safety Time on Floor
Support safety assessments
Support change and deviation management
Provide daily operations support for receipt of inbound
Provide daily operations support for kitting and replenishment
Provide daily operations support for general material flow
Provide daily operations support for execution of daily
Benchmark emerging materials management and logistics initiatives
Support capital planning for expansion or recapitalization
