What They're Looking For.
Must Have
University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience, 5+ years of experience in a supply chain, manufacturing, or supplier quality environment, Supplier monitoring, auditing, and/or development experience
Nice to Have
Experience supporting suppliers within composites, plastics, textiles, or interior products, Working knowledge of quality systems, regulations, and standards, Experience applying quality core tools and methodologies, Experience leading or supporting supplier quality issue resolution, Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers, Experience influencing stakeholders and driving alignment across teams without direct authority, Experience working in cross-functional environments

Own supplier quality performance across assigned commodities
Ensure compliance with RTX
and regulatory requirements
Lead supplier qualification
and certification activities
and capability evaluations
Monitor supplier performance metrics
Identify risks or trends
Drive proactive improvement strategies
Investigate and resolve supplier-related quality issues
Lead root cause analysis
Drive effective corrective and preventive actions
Manage nonconforming material and escape management processes
Partner with suppliers to contain issues and prevent
Support source inspection
Ensure readiness for production and process changes
Drive adoption of quality core tools
Strengthen supplier processes and long-term performance
Lead or support supplier-facing forums
Ensure accountability and progress
Ensure supplier readiness for PPAP approvals
Ensure supplier readiness for Resourcing Gate reviews
Ensure supplier readiness for contractual quality requirements
Influence suppliers and internal stakeholders to implement sustainable
Align improvements with RTX Supplier Gold and continuous
