What You'll Do.
Manage Subcontractors / Suppliers with moderately sized contracts (£10 - £40m) with minimal oversight
ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Manage small projects or subcontracting processes with autonomy and accountability for delivery.
Apply advanced knowledge of subcontracting practices to solve difficult and occasionally complex problems across multiple work areas.
Management and negotiation of contracts
non-disclosure agreements and terms and conditions.
Provide coaching and guidance to junior professionals
ensuring quality and consistency in subcontract execution.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
including suppliers and customers
Influence operational decisions and contribute to the development and enhancement of subcontracting processes and systems.
Deliver day-to-day objectives that have a significant impact on operational results within the programme.
