What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related STEM field and 5 years of professional software development OR an Advanced degree and 3 years of OR 9 years of relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree with a High School Diploma, Proficiency in C# and the. NET ecosystem (ASP. NET Core, Entity Framework Core), Experience with relational database development — writing complex SQL, schema design, stored procedures, and query optimization (Oracle preferred, SQL Server acceptable), Demonstrated experience building web applications with modern component-based frameworks (Blazor, React, Angular, or Vue. js), Experience with RESTful API design and implementation, Familiarity with version control (Git) and Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), problem-solving skills with the ability to debug complex full-stack issues across browser, server, and database layers
Nice to Have
Experience with Blazor Server or Blazor WebAssembly, Hands-on experience with Oracle Database, PL/SQL, Oracle-specific EF Core provider, and Oracle migration scripting, Experience with MudBlazor or similar Blazor component libraries, Experience with SignalR or WebSocket-based real-time communication, Familiarity with JWT authentication and claims-based authorization patterns, Experience with data migration or ETL pipelines — particularly integrating legacy systems with modern platforms, Exposure to AI/ML integration in enterprise applications (prompt engineering, API integration with LLMs such as Claude or GPT), Experience generating documents programmatically ( ClosedXML, or similar), Understanding of Clean Architecture / Domain-Driven Design (DDD) patterns, Experience in MRO, manufacturing, or aerospace environments, Familiarity with Dapper for high-performance data access alongside EF Core, Experience with Neo4j or other graph databases, DevOps experience with CI/CD pipelines, JIRA, and GitHub, Prior experience with Generative AI development tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot)
