What They're Looking For.

Must Have

University Degree or equivalent experience, minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, advanced Degree and minimum 3 years experience, Minimum 3 years quality assurance experience, 1 years QMS auditing experience, Familiarity with 91XX series, Familiarity with ISO9001 standards, Ability to certify within one year, Obtain and maintain secret U. S. government issued security clearance

Nice to Have

Existing AATT Certification, Certification as Aerospace Auditor, Certification as Aerospace Experienced Auditor, Experience planning and coordinating audits, Working knowledge of ETQ/ BU Corrective Actions, Proficiency in presenting audit results, ASQ Certification, Existing Secret Security Clearance, CORE certification, Proficiency with audit management software, Ability to function without direct supervision

Conduct second party QMS audits

Ensure compliance with 91XX series

Ensure compliance with ISO9001 standards

Ensure compliance with RTX policies

Ensure compliance with business unit policies

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Ensure compliance with customer requirements

Identify areas of strength

Identify opportunities

Identify non-compliance

Review corrective action plans

Approve corrective action plans

Represent audit team with site leadership

Conduct opening meetings

Conduct closing meetings

Conduct daily debriefs

Ensure processes comply with standards

Ensure products comply with standards

Ensure services comply with standards

Complete audit reports

Review corrective actions

Approve corrective actions

Ensure implementation effectiveness

Assist certification bodies

Facilitate audit schedules

Support surveillance audits

Support recertification audits

Support analysis of audit performance

Identify opportunities for improvement
