Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field & a minimum of 5 years prior relevant OR and Advanced degree and a minimum of 3 years prior relevant experience, Experience with SAP or a similar cost accounting system, Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and/or PowerPoint), U. S. citizenship is required

Analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills, Self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills, Experience with program controls, program scheduling, cash management, and financial planning and reporting, Experience working in a government contracting environment with knowledge of contracts governed by both FAR and DFARS, Proposal development experience, Experience with Earned Value Management
What You'll Do.
Implement and maintain Earned Value Management
Provide monthly variance and data analysis
Develop and support Quarterly Estimate-at-Completion
Develop and support monthly Latest Revised Estimate
Establish and maintain program logs
Provide financial guidance to Program Managers
Provide financial guidance to IPT leads
Provide financial guidance to Cost Account Managers
financial analysis/reporting
Provide funding planning
maintenance and reporting
Review financial reports

Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with key leaders within the Program Office; Collaborate with Engineering; Collaborate with Supply Chain; Collaborate with IPT Leads; Work with all levels of the organization; Present information to all levels of management
