Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, Engineering, Digital/IT, or related field, Minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, Experience managing complex logistics for multi-session programs, events, or training initiatives, High proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint), Comfort working in HR/learning systems (e.g., LMS, survey platforms), Organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Attention to detail
Nice to Have
Experience supporting leadership development programs in a matrixed organization, Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), Prior experience coordinating with external training vendors and internal facilitators, Demonstrated ability to work effectively across functions, Experience generating professional presentations
What You'll Do.
Own day-to-day operational execution of ELDP and DLDP
Support rotational assignment processes
Coordinate with HR and business leaders
Maintain accurate participant records
Manage and maintain calendar and key milestones for
Coordinate logistics for DLDP & ELDP Recruiting efforts
Create and maintain interviewer lists
Coordinate Zoom invites
Manage day-of logistics
Follow up with participants
Track and report regularly on off-placement status
Manage calendar and logistics of off-placement list and
Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual sessions
Manage travel guidance
Manage technology (Teams/Zoom
Partner with external vendors and internal facilitators
Manage session schedules
Ensure all learning content
Maintain accurate ELDP & DLDP participant data
Develop and maintain dashboards and standard reports
Analyze feedback and operational data
and opportunities for improvement
Serve as a primary operational contact for participants
Respond to queries about program logistics
