Must Have
University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience, Experience working in Contracts, Subcontracts, and / or Finance, Experience with U. S. Government contracts under the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Experience with Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplemental (DFARS), Active and transferable U. S. government issued security clearance, U. S. citizenship

What You'll Do.
Administer contracts cradle-to-grave
Enable customer activities to fulfill contract requirements
Contribute to sole source and competitive pursuits
Execute efforts with customer
Handle Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) based efforts
Handle Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA) compliant efforts
Handle Other Transaction Agreement (OTA) activity
Review and negotiate associated Terms and Conditions
Work closely with Program Management leadership
Work with cross-functional peers
Support program gate reviews
Support program management reviews
Support proposal reviews
Address contractual related matters affecting portfolios
Develop and respond to Request for Proposals (RFP)
Negotiate non-disclosure agreements
Negotiate other business agreements
Manage Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) contracts
Manage Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contracts
Manage Domestic Commercial Sales (DCS) contracts
Work with local DCMA/DCAA on government contracts
Interface with customers for correspondence
