What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years of professional experience in data center power infrastructure, electrical engineering, and/or power distribution design, deep understanding of the diversity of existing data center architectures, experience with product design, development and deployment, worked with hyperscale data center owners, col-location companies, design-builders, general contractors, and the major electrical OEM’ s, expertise in low and medium voltage (480V-35kV) power systems, electrical schematics, protection & coordination studies, experience working with data center customers to understand their needs, understanding of data center electrical infrastructure, knowledgeable about NEC, IEEE, NFPA, and Uptime Institute Tier Standards, outstanding communicator (written and verbal), work effectively in a fast-paced environment, highly motivated, self-starter, detail-oriented, positive approach to problem solving, work autonomously, with limited direction, collaboratively across different departments, stakeholders, and customers, driven by results, ruthlessly prioritize, manage a diverse set of opinions, advice, and recommendations, resolve conflicts effectively, highly curious, solutions-oriented, deconstructing complex problems into manageable components, committed to buying into VEIR’s mission and goals, adopting our core values
