Must Have

10 or more years of experience in a Solution Engineering, pre-sales, or Solutions Consulting role, 10 or more years of experience working in one or more of the following: Digital Marketing (Business to Consumer (B2C) and/or Business to Business (B2B)), Marketing Automation, Customer Data Platforms, or AI-driven Solutions, focus and experience in pre-sales or implementation is required, verbal and written communications skills with a focus on needs analysis, positioning, business justification, and closing techniques, Outstanding presentation and demonstration skills

Nice to Have

Experience in Solutioning for Consumer Industries (Retail, Consumer Goods, Automotive, Travel Hospitality), Hands-on experience with AI tools such as large language models (LLMs) or prompt engineering, and apply them to boost productivity and creativity, Technical expertise in one or more of the following: customer data platforms (CDP), loyalty management, real-time personalisation, or analytics, Background in product management or post-sales software implementation
