STEM degree preferred, Missile Systems/Sub-Systems design experience, Process monitoring, data collection, analysis, and metric reporting experience, Peer Reviews and Code Reviews experience, Software build testing, qualification, and Integration and Test experience, Able to read and understand Software Code, Ability to understand and work with multiple enterprise-wide systems and software problem tracking tools, Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology
