What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Senior-level experience (Senior / Staff / Principal / Distinguished) in distributed systems or backend engineering, Proficiency in Golang and production service development, Deep understanding of scaling, fault tolerance, and system reliability, Experience building high-throughput, low-latency platforms, Discipline around production quality and operability, Working knowledge of security fundamentals and/or PKI (or ability to ramp quickly)
Nice to Have
Experience contributing to open-source infrastructure projects, Experience working in cross-organization or standards-driven environments, Background in trust infrastructure, PKI, or security-critical systems, Familiarity with large-scale data structures or transparency/log-based systems, Advanced degree
