Join a GoTo product team and play a key role in transforming the workplace for millions of users worldwide - your work will truly make a difference. **Your Day to Day** **As a Principal Engineer / Technical Lead** for the LogMeIn Resolve platform, you will help shape the technical direction and architecture of the product while driving engineering excellence across teams. * Lead architecture discussions, review RFCs, and guide scalable, secure, maintainable, and cost-efficient system design decisions. * Drive AI adoption across engineering workflows and help build an AI-first engineering culture. * Help create an AI-powered engineering pipeline leveraging AI agents, intelligent automation, and Specification-Based Development (SDD). * Partner closely with teams on cloud-native architecture, AWS best practices, reliability, security, and FinOps-aware engineering practices. * Mentor engineers and promote high standards in quality, scalability, observability, and developer experience. * Stay on top of emerging AI trends and proactively evaluate how new technologies can improve engineering efficiency and product innovation. **What We 're Looking For** * Strong software engineering background with architectural and technical leadership experience. * Deep expertise in backend systems, distributed architect
