**ABOUT THE POSITION** The Principal Software Engineer designs, develops, tests, deploys, monitors, and supports composable storefront solutions built with React, Salesforce PWA Kit, and Salesforce Commerce Cloud. This role advances the frontend platform to enable rapid rollout of emerging brands and regional storefronts while ensuring performance, scalability, and reuse across sites. **HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE** · Responsible for design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, monitoring, and support of composable storefront platforms · Contributes to and helps refine platform and site delivery backlogs for emerging brands and regions · Participates in agile ceremonies and drives cross-team collaboration · Defines architecture for multi-brand composable storefront delivery · Mentors engineers and raises technical standards across teams · Establishes quality, performance, and scalability standards · Implements monitoring and proactive alerting for storefront health · Employs DevOps practices to advance frontend platform capabilities · Performs other duties as assigned **YOU ARE** · Expert in React and modern frontend architecture · Experienced with Salesforce PWA Kit and composable storefronts · Experienced with Salesforce Commerce Cloud integrations · Strong in automation and platform reuse · Familiar with SDLC and change management · Strong collaborator across cross-functional teams · Able to influence without direct authority · Strong written and oral communicator · Able to evaluate processes and drive improvement · Comfortable making decisions on complex architectural issues · Exposure to retail or ecommerce solutions preferred **YOU HAVE** · Bachelor’s degree, applicable certification or equivalent experience · 8+ years of professional software engineering experience · Experience delivering headless ecommerce storefronts · Experience designing reusable frontend platforms · Experience with CI/CD and deployment automation · Experience improving fronten
