Get to Know the Role Reporting to the Head of Engineering, you will collaborate with diverse teams to create AI tools that streamline the engineering process. You will be instrumental in identifying areas within the Software Development Lifecycle that can be optimized with AI assistance. Your role as a technical leader will involve defining, planning, and executing impactful AI initiatives across multiple teams. You'll need to be proactive in recognizing improvements and coordinating efforts to ensure scalability and coherence with Grab's objectives.
