What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience, 12+ years of experience in backend or full stack software development, proven track record of building and scaling large scale distributed systems, data pipelines, AI/NLP powered software products, experience in SaaS application development, cloud environments (GCP, AWS or Azure), deep understanding of operational infrastructure (Docker, Kubernetes, Pubsub, Queues, Storage, etc), microservice based architectures, Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as BigQuery, Postgres, Mongo, Redis, Experience with natural language processing, foundation large language models such as Claude, GPT, Gemini, Llama, etc, Experience with embeddings & vector databases such as Pinecone, pgvector, etc, Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic startup/scaleup environments with a significant amount of ambiguity and responsibility

Proficiency in Node. js and Typescript preferred, Experience fostering the professional growth and development of team members

As a Principal Software Engineer on our GTM Orchestration engineering team, you’ll help design and implement the core systems that power our internal AI platform and revenue engine. From large scale signal processing pipelines to outbound automation and agentic workflows, you’ll play a key role in driving efficiency for our go-to-market organization. This role reports into our Head of GTM Engineering & AI with direct investment and visibility from our executive leadership.
