Must Have
Extensive experience in software engineering, operating at Principal Engineer or senior technical guidance level, Expert knowledge of .NET, React, SQL, microservices architecture, cloud platforms, AWS, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, DevSecOps practices, test automation, customer contact platforms, AWS Connect, Genesys Cloud, design and deliver secure, scalable, and resilient cloud-native solutions, observability, operational support, reliability engineering, end-to-end ownership practices, regulated financial services environments, UK GDPR, FCA Consumer Duty requirements, Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, influence technical direction, collaborate across multiple teams and functions
