Must Have
10+ years of working experience, Proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications across the full software development lifecycle, Proficiency with Microsoft web application technologies, including ASP. NET Core, ASP. NET MVC/Web API, ASP. NET Web Forms, and Classic ASP, experience with C# (. NET), Knowledge of software security principles, including authentication, authorization, and access‑control models, Experience using AI-assisted development tools for coding, troubleshooting, refactoring, and generating unit tests, problem‑solving skills, Excellent interpersonal, communication, writing, and presentation abilities, Demonstrated ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
Nice to Have
Experience writing SQL queries and managing data using SQL is a plus, Familiarity with unit testing frameworks, Experience with third‑party UI controls or frameworks such Angular, React, or DevExpress is a plus, Experience with Javascipt, Typescript, C++ is a plus, Experience in software project management is a plus
