Must Have
BS or MS degree in Computer Science or a similar technical field, or equivalent practical experience, 8-10+ years of professional experience in full-stack software and data engineering, skills in backend (e. g. , Python, Java), frontend (e. g. , React, Vue) development, Deep experience with modern data engineering, databases (SQL/NoSQL), data engineering (ETL/ELT), APIs (REST, GraphQL), Proven experience developing and deploying applications on cloud-native architectures, Experience in setting up SDLC best practices for the team including versioning, testing, observability, CI/CD, etc., Exceptional abilities to architect scalable solutions in complex environment with multiple existing system integrations, Outstanding communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have
AWS, experience working in pharmaceutical or a related domain, setting best-practices for agentic coding producing maintainable code
