Must Have
PhD in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or related field, 5+ years postdoctoral or industry experience in antibody/oligonucleotide conjugation, Validated expertise in bioconjugation, Validated expertise in oligonucleotide therapeutics, Validated expertise in advanced analytical techniques (HPLC, LC-MS, bioassays), Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams, Successful track record in advancing therapeutic candidates toward preclinical or clinical development

Publications, Patents in bioconjugation or RNA therapeutics

Design and complete experiments to refine linker chemistry
Design and complete experiments to refine payload stability
Design and complete experiments to refine delivery efficiency
Analyze conjugates with HPLC
Lead project stand-ups
Mentor scientists and research associates
Troubleshoot technical challenges in real time
Partner with Process Development and Manufacturing to scale
Scout and evaluate emerging bioconjugation technologies
Scout and evaluate emerging RNA delivery technologies
Propose data-driven innovation projects
Present program updates to senior R&D leadership
Present strategic recommendations to senior R&D leadership
Present program updates to cross-functional partners
