Must Have
5+ years antibody discovery, Ph.D. in Immunology, Biochemistry, Bioengineering, Deep, hands-on expertise in at least two of the following discovery platforms: phage display, yeast display, ribosome display, single cell cloning, or hybridoma technology, Proven experience in antigen design and immunization strategy, Hit identification and lead selection capabilities, Skilled and experienced in leading or co-leading cross-functional discovery teams
Nice to Have
Extensive industrial or advanced academic research experience, Proven experience in bispecific/multispecific antibody discovery, Nanobody/VHH programs experience, Hands-on experience with bispecific/multispecific antibody discovery formats, Nanobody/VHH discovery workflows experience, Working knowledge of antibody engineering disciplines
