In accordance with the Charter of the French Language, French is the normal and everyday language of work at AspenTech in Québec., This position requires proficiency in French for internal communications and collaboration within the Montréal team.
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5–10 years of progressive experience in Agile delivery roles within large-scale software, technology, or systems environments, Minimum 3 years in a leadership or coordination role such as Release Train Engineer, Program Manager, or Agile Delivery Lead within a SAFe environment, Proven success in facilitating large, cross-functional initiatives and driving delivery in a matrixed organization, Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, Deep understanding of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Lean-Agile principles, and DevOps practices, facilitation and servant leadership capabilities, with the ability to influence without authority, Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business functions, Proficiency with Agile delivery tools such as Jira Align, Azure DevOps, Rally, or equivalent platforms, Analytical mindset with ability to interpret and leverage metrics for performance optimization, organizational skills and attention to detail, with an ability to navigate complex delivery environments, Proficiency in French for internal communications and collaboration within the Montréal team, English proficiency is also required to effectively work with international teams, stakeholders, and systems located outside Québec
Nice to Have
Master’s degree preferred, SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), SAFe Agilist (SA), or other relevant Agile certifications
What You'll Do.
Lead and facilitate the execution of Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
Plan and orchestrate all key SAFe ceremonies including PI Planning
and Inspect & Adapt sessions
Ensure continuous flow of value by proactively identifying and resolving cross-team dependencies
Establish and monitor ART-level performance metrics including velocity
Analyze trends to identify improvement opportunities and drive measurable performance gains
Lead Inspect & Adapt sessions to identify systemic improvement actions
Promote best practices in DevOps
Foster innovation by supporting teams in experimenting and adopting new practices that enhance delivery performance
