Must Have
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering, 10+ years of mechanical design experience, Hands-on experience with prototyping, testing, and large-scale project execution, Knowledge of rotating equipment, reliability principles, and international engineering standards
Nice to Have
Lean Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement certification
What You'll Do.

Develop and implement global engineering standards for process equipment design
Support CAPEX project execution from concept through installation and commissioning
Apply “Design for Reliability” principles to ensure robust and sustainable equipment performance
Evaluate engineering calculations
and datasheets to deliver complete technical definitions for rotating equipment
Conduct technical bid evaluations
and oversee vendor engagement
Contribute to maintenance programs
Best Operating Practices (BOP)
and critical routines to optimize reliability
