This role manages a consistent requisition load of approximately 15-20 mid‑ to senior‑level roles, spanning professional, corporate, and technical functions based on evolving business needs. The role is hybrid and based out of the Chennai, India (3 days per week onsite), partnering closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders across all three locations.
