What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4+ years direct leadership/supervisory experience, 3+ years Microsoft Office products experience, 4+ years managing, analyzing, and communicating results to senior leadership, Work flexible schedules including weekends, nights, and holidays, Bachelor's degree or MBA in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing, 8+ years experience in Real Estate, Demonstrated expertise in lease negotiations, Demonstrated expertise in site acquisition, Demonstrated expertise in portfolio management, Proven experience leading and developing teams, Track record of managing multi-city or regional Real Estate programs, Proficiency in financial modeling, Proficiency in lease analysis, Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Nice to Have
Master's degree, Six Sigma Black Belt Certification, Knowledge of statistical analysis, Experience leading network level/multi-site maintenance organizations, Experience maintaining material handling equipment and integrated systems, Prior experience in e-commerce fulfillment, Prior experience in logistics, Prior experience in large-scale retail real estate, Network of landlord, broker, and consultant relationships across Indian markets, Experience managing senior stakeholder relationships, Experience presenting to executive leadership, Familiarity with regulatory frameworks for commercial and warehouse real estate across India

Oversee comparative financial analysis
Provide investment recommendations

Serve as regional Real Estate point of contact
Ensure alignment and swift resolution of cross-functional dependencies
Present program updates
