We are seeking a Principal QA Engineer to lead and elevate our Quality Assurance function, driving excellence across both manual and automated testing practices. In this role, you will guide and mentor a talented QA & Test team, ensuring high-quality delivery through strong test strategy, rigorous quality standards, and continuous process improvement. You will play a key role in shaping product quality by reviewing requirements and design documents, defining comprehensive test strategies, and building robust automation frameworks using modern tools and technologies. Beyond execution, you will establish and refine QA processes, define meaningful quality metrics, and champion best practices across the engineering organization. The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on QA expertise, proven leadership experience, and a passion for solving complex problems. With a strong background in test automation, performance testing, and scripting
