What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering or related discipline, Extensive experience at Senior/Principal level delivering civil engineering or infrastructure projects, track record in aviation, transport, or similarly complex infrastructure environments, Proven experience managing Contractors and stakeholders within live construction environments, Demonstrated leadership in building and managing high-performing teams, commercial awareness with experience in NEC or similar contract frameworks

Chartered Engineer (or working towards)
