What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Math or Science, 12+ years of experience, Demonstrated responsibility for program execution, leading teams in the aerospace and defense industry, Previously demonstrated customer relationship management, technical leadership management skills, cross functional experience, Demonstrated ability to interact and influence customer, key stakeholders (internal and external to the organization), Proven ability to lead problem reports through a rigorous change management process, understanding of mechanical, electrical and RF concepts, U. S. DoD SECRET security clearance
Nice to Have
Master's degree, Able to communicate and make presentations to senior leadership, Experience with product development and sustainment, Experience with management of software development, integration and test efforts, Experience with the Navy’s Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) process, Familiarity with the NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF) process, Demonstrated ability to conduct a formal Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA), Experience applying for, and working within, a Technical Assistance Agreement (TAA), Experience leading radar systems development programs
