As the Principal Program Manager for Global Shared Services (GSS), you'll serve as a senior strategic leader driving enterprise-wide transformative initiatives, establishing organizational resilience through business continuity planning, and leading sensitive strategic programs requiring executive-level coordination and discretion. You will shape the strategic direction of GSS operations while establishing governance frameworks that influence global business outcomes. In this role, you will be accountable for leading enterprise-level strategic initiatives, driving organizational strategy and long-term planning, owning business continuity and resilience frameworks, managing sensitive capacity and resourcing programs, and serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. You will lead complex, high-impact programs while influencing organizational direction and establishing best practices that scale across the enterprise.
