Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related advanced degree, Extensive experience managing complex programs in biotech, pharma, or CDMO environments, leadership skills with the ability to influence without direct authority, Proven experience managing customer relationships and program financials, Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage risk and complexity, Experience in New Product Introduction, including transitioning products from clinical development through commercialization
