We're building the future of our Partner Network's status and benefits program—a comprehensive initiative that will transform how thousands of partners understand their value, unlock opportunities, and accelerate their business growth alongside Amazon Ads. As the Principal Program Manager for Partner Status & Benefits, you'll own the overarching strategy and framework that brings partner recognition to life. You'll define what "great" looks like across the partner journey—from how we measure partner value to what benefits they unlock—and orchestrate alignment across Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to deliver a cohesive partner experience. What makes this role exciting: • You'll architect a greenfield program framework that defines partner tiers, benefit structures, and recognition criteria across our entire ecosystem • You'll work backwards from partners to establish the strategic principles that guide product development, sales engagement, and marketing activation • You'll drive cross-functional alignment on a complex, multi-stakeholder initiative—ensuring products like scorecards, account management tools, and activation resources ladder up to a unified partner value proposition • You'll influence how we invest in our highest-performing partners while creating clear pathways for emerging partners to level up • You'll see your work drive measurable impact: partner satisfaction scores, program adoption, benefit utilization, and ultimately advertiser outcomes What you'll solve: Partners today experience fragmented touchpoints across performance visibility, benefits access, and recognition.
