Bachelor's degree with 5 years of related professional experience, Master's degree with 3 years of related professional experience, Experience with financial systems, Experience with Earned Value and performance measurement baseline concepts, US Citizenship, Ability to travel domestically 10% of the time, Current, active US Government Secret level security clearance
Nice to Have
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration or related field, Experience with Earned Value and performance measurement baseline concepts and ability to apply them to multiple contracts, CLINs and control accounts
What You'll Do.
Interface with program managers
functional management
Provide financial support and analysis to meet program
Prepare budgets and schedules for contract work
Assist in financial analyses such as funding profiles
Monitor costs and schedules on contracts requiring validated
Perform Earned Value Metric (EVM) tasks
Develop Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
Develop budget baseline
Perform cost risk analysis/ assessment and visibility reports
Develop and analyze estimates to complete
Perform analysis and prepare reports to ensure contracts
Maintain accurate records of expenditures
Direct preparation of expenditure projections
Submit timely requests for additional funding to the
Support audits and reviews
Support Annual Operating Plan
Support Resource Plan
Support Long Range Strategic Plan activity
Prepare financial inputs to internal reports and presentations
