Drive organizational technical priorities and business strategy across multiple organizations and countries, managing multiple programs simultaneously while owning roadmaps and portfolios. Create scalable mechanisms and best practices, remove operational bottlenecks, and balance trade-offs between opportunity, resources, and sustainability. Handle complex business and technical escalations, research and benchmark solutions, and develop new approaches when necessary. Write effective narratives, present to senior leadership, and build consensus across global, diverse populations. Provide active mentorship and lead technical reviews with constructive feedback. Position Requirements: Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field and one year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field and five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the Master's degree and one year of experience. Must have one year of experience in the following skills: (1) knowledge of SQL and applying understanding of basic statistical techniques, including distributions, expectations, hypothesis testing, and A/B Testing; (2) translating technical analysis and metrics into actionable insights; (3) facilitating discussions with senior leadership on
