## Accountabilities Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and software delivery teams, ensuring alignment on product goals and priorities. Lead requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews to capture and translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and process flows. Manage, refine, and prioritize product requirements in collaboration with product management and cross-functional teams. Analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and reengineering. Define and document system dependencies, integration flows, and data mapping requirements across platforms. Collaborate with project managers to plan scope, timelines, resources, and delivery milestones while managing risks and issues. Support Agile delivery by grooming backlogs, facilitating sprint planning, and ensuring clear communication across teams. Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations and quality standards. Work closely with QA teams to validate functionality and ensure alignment with specifications. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product ownership and business analysis. Requirements: 10+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar IT product delivery role. Strong experience working with web and mobile platforms, including API-driven architectures. Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Proven ability to lead requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into technical and functional documentation. Experience creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to support solution design. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to evaluate and improve complex business processes.
