Full Job Description
Wifi is the foundation of the modern home. Without it, nothing works. eero, an Amazon company, is the first company to deliver a whole home WiFi experience using mesh technology, ensuring there isn’t a home layout or connected device we can’t handle. Fixing connectivity is, however, just the start. We’re working on the building blocks of the smart home by designing our own hardware, enabling it with tailored software, and tying it all together to the cloud. A home that anticipates our needs, takes care of us and our families, keeps us safe and healthy, and saves money and energy. eero is seeking a Principal Product Marketing Manager to join our product organization. This role is responsible for defining how eero products are positioned in the market, articulating customer value, and shaping the product narrative from inception. This position is deeply embedded in the product development process — partnering with product management, engineering, and design to ensure that customer insight and market positioning are part of the product portfolio strategy. You will sit within the product organization and operate as a strategic partner to product managers — not a downstream recipient of product decisions. You will be expected to: - Combine technical expertise with deep customer empathy - Operate with high autonomy and ownership - Drive clarity in ambiguous spaces where product, customer, and market intersect Key job responsibilities - Product Positioning & Messaging: Define and own the positioning framework for eero products, ensuring clarity on who the customer is, what problem we solve, and why eero wins. - Customer Value Definition: Translate complex technical capabilities into compelling customer value propositions grounded in customer research and market insight. - Product Process Integration: Serve as a core member of the product team, contributing to product strategy, roadmap prioritization, and feature definition with a market and customer lens. - Narrative Devel
