Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for SMS and RCS APIs, ensuring alignment with developer needs and global enterprise requirements. Lead the evolution of messaging platform capabilities, including modernization of legacy APIs and development of new cross-channel communication solutions. Design and refine API experiences focused on reliability, scalability, usability, and developer-first principles. Conduct market research and analyze product usage data to identify opportunities for innovation, growth, and improved engagement. Drive experimentation through beta programs, A/B testing, and iterative product releases to improve product–market fit. Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, GTM, and partner teams to deliver high-impact product launches. Define and track key product metrics to monitor performance, reliability, and adoption across global customers. Requirements: 5+ years of product management experience (7+ preferred), ideally in platform, API, or developer-focused products. Strong experience working backward from customer needs to define clear product direction and impactful solutions. Deep understanding of enterprise and B2B environments, including complex sales cycles and stakeholder dynamics. Technical fluency in APIs, distributed systems, or platform products with a focus on scalability and reliability. Proven ability to translate data and insights into product decisions and long-term strategy. Strong collaboration and leadership skills, with experience working in remote, cross-functional, global teams. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in ambiguous environments and drive execution independently.
