Experience with core components that drive our network’s ads business, Expertise on existing and planned initiatives that will grow the ads business, Owning the strategic vision for our ad quality product, Driving a proactive privacy strategy, Leading trust and safety efforts including creative moderation and ad policy, Strengthening our exchange and programmatic capabilities, Identifying innovation opportunities across new supply channels, ad formats, and adjacent business areas, Collaborate with product leadership to craft and articulate the long-term vision and strategy across ad quality, privacy, trust, Leadership and execution skills paired with exceptional communication across technical and non-technical audiences, Analytical and technical knowledge - capable of understanding complex systems and working with technical colleagues, Curiosity and initiative around leveraging AI in product development workflows, Sufficient knowledge of English to have professional verbal and written exchanges in this language
Nice to Have
Buy-side/advertiser experience is a plus, Track record of building products zero-to-one as well as scaling and maintaining established products at scale, Hands-on SQL experience, Experience with exchange technology, supply-side platforms, or programmatic infrastructure, Familiarity with the evolving global privacy and data regulation landscape, Experience evaluating or launching new ad channels or formats (e. g. , CTV, commerce, emerging supply), Demand expertise and how data production can influence our value to advertisers

The opportunity We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to work in our Unity Ads Product team within the Grow division. In this role, you will be responsible for the core components that drive our network’s ads business. This role will be tasked with providing expertise on existing and planned initiatives that will grow the ads business. These include owning the strategic vision for our ad quality product — making it more robust, scalable, and deeply integrated across our SDKs and platform — driving a proactive privacy strategy that turns the evolving regulatory landscape into a growth opportunity, leading trust and safety efforts including creative moderation and ad policy, strengthening our exchange and programmatic capabilities, and identifying innovation opportunities across new supply channels, ad formats, and adjacent business areas.
