Amazon DocumentDB is a fully managed, MongoDB-compatible document database service enabling mission-critical workloads and the next generation of AI applications through industry-leading durability, security, availability, and scalability. We are growing the team and looking for a Principal Product Manager who thinks big, is customer obsessed, and is skilled at driving strategy and execution across teams. As a Principal Product Manager, you will own the strategic direction and product vision for Amazon DocumentDB, defining long-term strategy and roadmap by distilling diverse inputs from customers and driving teams to execute with complete independence. Engaging directly with senior technical decision-makers from startups to Fortune 100 companies, you will uncover insights and help them succeed with the product. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, UX design, solutions architecture, sales, marketing, and support to execute on product development and go-to-market initiatives, while actively developing the PM community through mentorship and coaching on product management best practices.
