Our catalog is at the center of this transformation, and we are looking for a visionary Principal Product Manager, Tech to lead the strategy for making the catalog the definitive source of product and brand knowledge that powers next-generation AI shopping experiences. As the Principal Product Manager Tech – Catalog Strategy for AI Shopping Experiences, you will serve as the strategic bridge between the catalog team and the broader ecosystem of AI-powered shopping experiences. You will own the roadmap, experimentation strategy, and long-term vision for how catalog data — spanning product attributes, brand knowledge, usage-based knowledge, and marketplace-level context — enables intelligent, personalized, and trustworthy AI shopping experiences at scale. You will establish clear frameworks for collaboration across teams, defining ownership boundaries, shared goals, and delivery mechanisms that enable seamless integration between catalog capabilities and AI-powered customer experiences. This is a high-visibility, high-impact individual contributor role that requires a rare combination of deep catalog expertise, AI/ML product intuition, and executive-level influence. You will define how catalog metadata, data, and knowledge — at the item, product cohort, brand voice, company voice, usage, and marketplace level — fuels the ability of AI systems to deliver accurate, personalized, and trustworthy shopping experiences for hundreds of millions of customers worldwide.
