Must Have
Deep technical product experience, systems thinking, Experience owning strategy and roadmaps, A track record of delivering impact, Excellent stakeholder leadership, Comfort with ambiguity, partnership skills
Nice to Have
Experience with HCM, ATS, LMS, payroll, workforce planning or HR data platforms, Experience with API-based integrations, SSO, identity and access management, data models or automation, Familiarity with HR data privacy, compliance or regulated environments, Experience applying platform-as-a-product thinking to internal tools or enterprise systems
