Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Define and lead product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a large-scale technical assessment and interviewing platform. Identify and prioritize opportunities to leverage AI and data to improve candidate evaluation accuracy, fairness, and predictive power. Own product execution end-to-end, working closely with engineering, design, content, and GTM teams to deliver high-quality features. Analyze large-scale assessment and performance datasets to generate insights, improve scoring models, and guide product decisions. Design and run experiments to validate hypotheses and continuously improve product effectiveness and user experience. Partner with enterprise customers and internal stakeholders to translate feedback into actionable product enhancements. Support go-to-market strategy and executive storytelling for new product capabilities and releases. Requirements: This role requires a highly experienced product leader with a strong background in B2B SaaS and data-informed product development. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with technical systems, enterprise stakeholders, and complex data environments, and can operate confidently in fast-evolving AI-driven contexts. 8+ years of product management experience across B2B and/or B2C SaaS products. Proven experience defining and scaling products with measurable business impact. Strong ability to work with enterprise clients, including discovery calls, QBRs, and stakeholder alignment. Experience working with technical or engineering-heavy products; prior software development experience is a strong plus. Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging product and assessment data for decision-making. Excellent communication skills, including executive-level presentations and cross-functional leadership.
