Must Have

6+ years combined experience in Product Management, Demonstrated experience driving user growth on a consumer product, with a track record of measurable impact on acquisition, activation, or retention metrics, Excellent communication skills and intuition for communication strategy at every level -- within teams, within the company, to users, and other audiences, Demonstrated ability to use qualitative and quantitative data to drive decisions and scale products through experimentation, Availability for meetings and impromptu communication during Quora's “coordination hours https: //quora. com/coordination_hours" (Mon-Fri: 9am-3pm Pacific Time)

Nice to Have

Experience working on user-generated content (UGC) platforms, marketplaces, aggregators, or content-driven consumer products, Experience growing UGC products with heavy SEO traffic and a understanding of organic search as an acquisition channel, BAS degree in Statistics or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience ideal

Own the end-to-end strategy for user growth

Run structured experimentation across the funnel

using quantitative and qualitative insights to inform product strategy and roadmap

Identify and unlock new growth including referrals

and platform-specific opportunities to diversify channel mix and compound growth over time
