Deep, hands-on domain expertise in modern data integration landscape, Technical depth for peer-level conversations about APIs, schema design, performance trade-offs, and connector architecture, Comfortable setting up integrations, reading documentation, and debugging connector behavior, Anticipate where integration landscape is heading, Energized by customer conversations, partner relationships, industry events, and publicly representing the product, Customer-first instincts, Translate loosely structured partner and customer signals into crisp requirements and a prioritized roadmap, Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments with high ownership and limited hand-holding, Written and verbal communication, Presenting roadmap strategy and trade-offs to engineering leadership and executives, Background working with open source software or developer-focused products
Nice to Have
Prior experience as an integration / ecosystem product manager, engineer or solutions architect, Familiarity with ClickHouse or other databases, Experiment working in remote, multi-timezone environments
