Must Have
10+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on marketing technology (MarTech)., Deep understanding of the marketing technology landscape, including AI, marketing automation, CRM, analytics, personalization, and advertising technologies., Proven track record of success in a startup or mid-sized company environment., Experience working in an enterprise environment, with a understanding of enterprise sales cycles and customer needs., Experience with platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Marketing Cloud, Braze, or similar enterprise-grade solutions., Ability to think strategically and develop a clear product vision and roadmap., analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify key insights and opportunities., Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences., Proven ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams., Ability to work effectively with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget., understanding of financial metrics, including revenue, cost, and profit., Ability to analyze financial data and make data-driven decisions., Exceptional research and analytical skills to conduct in-depth product analysis.

Conduct thorough market research
