We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Principal Product Manager to lead our product strategy and drive our growth. Position Overview: As Principal Product Manager at Morse Micro, you will be responsible for developing, communicating and executing the product vision and strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful specification, development and launch of our products. Your role will encompass creating and managing product roadmaps, overseeing product management processes and conducting market research to inform product decisions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Product Roadmap: - Working closely with the revenue and engineering organizations, develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives. - Create and maintain detailed product roadmaps that outline the development and release of new products and features. - Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, FAEs and other customer-facing support roles to ensure alignment and successful definition and delivery of the product roadmap. - Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats, adjusting the product roadmap accordingly. 2. Pricing Strategy: - Develop and implement pricing strategies that maximize revenue and market share while ensuring competitiveness. - Conduct pricing analysis and market research to determine optimal pricing structures for new and existing products. - Collaborate with sales and finance teams to evaluate pricing models and adjust as necessary based on market feedback and financial performance. 3.
