Principle Product Manager - Wizards of the Coast, Dungeons & Dragons Beyond Location: Poznań, Poland (hybrid/office-based) Please note: You must already be a resident in Poland to be considered for this role. At Wizards of the Coast, we connect people around the world through play and imagination. From our genre-defining games like Magic: The Gathering® and Dungeons & Dragons® to our growing multiverse, we continue to innovate and build new ways to foster friendship and connection. That's where you come in! As a Principal Product Manager, you will own the rebuilding of game data systems that feed our customer-facing suite of game tools available on D&D Beyond. You will also be working with software engineers and D&D game designers to model the tabletop game systems needed for play. You will define the product vision, requirements, and partner engagement strategy to build a flexible, scalable engine that will drive outstanding player and Dungeon Master experiences for years to come! What You'll Do: Own and drive the vision, customer strategy, and long-term goals for your product. Work with engineering, UX design, game design, and others to build and iterate upon your product. Define and manage the product roadmap, identifying critical milestones and dependencies to keep releases on schedule.
