What They're Looking For.

Must Have

8 + years of product management, product marketing, or a hybrid role experience building and scaling SaaS and AI-driven products, ideally in B2B or platform environments., Demonstrated experience shipping AI-powered or ML-driven product features, Practical fluency with AI tools and workflows, Proven experience owning product strategy and outcomes, not just feature delivery., discovery skills, including customer research, problem framing, and hypothesis-driven development., Understanding of responsible AI principles — bias, fairness, transparency, privacy — and how to apply them in a product context without slowing teams down unnecessarily., Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams with Engineering and Design partners., Comfort using data to make decisions, define success metrics, and evaluate trade-offs., Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authority., Experience with modern product tools (e. g. , Jira, Productboard, Amplitude, Looker, or similar).
