Full Job Description

Amazon Global is pioneering cross-border e-Commerce by becoming a one-stop shop for Amazon Customers Worldwide and providing a seamless experience to shop international selection. Selection is a key input driver for this business and we are looking for a dynamic, organized and self-starting candidate to join as a Principal Product Manager, taking on a critical role in driving one of Amazon’s fastest growing businesses. In this role, the candidate will be expected to manage and drive innovative international business solutions, working backwards from the customer. This person will also be responsible to lead current Amazon Global selection initiatives, along with the technological innovations and products by partnering with teams across Amazon stores all over the world. The ideal candidate should have demonstrated abilities working with cross functional teams, excellent business judgment, past experience working/developing products closely collaborating with technology and business teams, deep curiosity about how things work, and a passion for creating a world class shopping experience for our customers. You will work with business teams of all sizes and must have the leadership presence and communication skills to represent Amazon Global at all levels. In this role, your key responsibilities will be: Key job responsibilities Lead and manage Cross Border selection initiatives end to end by building scalable strategy and processes. Work across Global Expansion teams, including Business, Technology, Operations and Support teams to develop a selection enablement strategy. Basic Qualifications: - 10+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience - 10+ years of blending product and program management skills to execute strategic initiatives about process creation, standardization, and improvement experience - Bachelor's degree - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition - Experience with end to end
